WARG was founded at the end of 2013 with the idea of creating a new sound as a fusion in which various ingredients come together: traditional thrash metal (Metallica or Kreator) mixed with the epicness of classic metal (Iron Maiden or Blind Guardian) and the aggressiveness and melody of Nordic extreme metal (In Flames, Amon Amarth, Immortal). A risky yet organic mix resulting in WARG.
With 3 LPs on the market: Back from the Shadows (2014), In the Dusk of Men (2016), and Dark Tales (2019), 2022 presents the band with their most epic journey yet. They will release 9 chapters in the form of singles that will take the listener on an exciting and intense science fiction story.
