Barcelona-based Hard Rock band formed in December 1995, with several lineup changes in its early days, stabilizes in the year 2000 with the following lineup: Pedro Guijarro (vocals), Pablo González (guitar), Toni Sánchez (guitar), David Pérez (bass), and Jose Uría (drums). In 2019, Pedro and Jose leave Regresión, making way for a brief two-year period with songs in English alongside Antony Ellis (vocals) and Raúl Nieto (drums).
Regresión’s recording career spans from 2006 to 2021, with 5 albums and 2 EPs, and has led the band to share the stage with bands of the caliber of: Medina Azahara, Obús, Barón Rojo, Mago de Oz, Saratoga, Muro, Avalanch, Zenobia, Guadaña, Leonor Marchesí, Beethoven R, Lujuria, Döria, Joe Lynn Turner, Axxis, Jaded Heart, Loudness, and many others.

In 2021, the band’s activity ceases, and in 2024, Pablo and Jose from the original lineup resume the band alongside Héctor Siviane (vocals) (Anzestra, We Rock), Mole Moreira (guitar) (Kill The Krait), and Isaac Blázquez (bass) (Aura Vultura).
A new stage where legacy and future go hand in hand, renewed energy, and a new musical proposal of powerful Hard Rock.
